Our Band has seen a few stages, first of all, Me(Dicky), Craig and McD were in a band called When Utensils Attack which had a Guitarist called Martyn, who then left, then I left with Martyn and we were in a Garage Band which lasted a while, but we then broke up after the guitarist left.
Meanwhile Craig and McD were in a band with Some other band, which also didnt last too long since their guitarist left, now 3 members of the original band are back together, and Martyn is in some other band that is missing a Bassist, but I dont wanna join their band.
Onto Our Name.......we've always had a fairly decent sense of humour(sick as hell really) in the band, laughing at old people, scruffs, townies, people who walk funny, rappers and any sell out rock, so we decided ShoeFayre was a pretty funny name to have, even though we'll most likely get sued by the company "Shoefayre".

The Bands Influences and pasts
ok, here's each band members pasts, influences and other general crap.
Dicky:
I'm from some crappy little town called Stanley, which is near Newcastle in the North-East of england. I was one of those kids who got bullied, and I grew up to hate those kind of people, and suddenly got into punk rock, which caused even more discrimination and pain.
I'd have to say the Bands that influence me most would be Bad Religion, Pennywise, Millencolin and Muse and my role Model would be Jay Bently or Flea.

I'm from a crappy little village near Stanly where Craig and Dicky are from.
I, unlike Dicky, didn't have such a bad time growing up, well, not so far, I didn't get skitted and stuff, I just, went off and did my own thing...I accidentally stumbled across Punk Rock and Metal when I got listening to little stuff like Slayer and stuff like that, I really liked it and thats what started it off.
My influances are Slayer, Bad Religion, Pennywise, Mudvayne, Ozzy Osbourne/Black Sabbath, and so on.

Hey, im craig, or you could call me the band idiot cos i think might suit me more. I was brought up to be completely normal, so i dont know how i turned out to be gay. So how did i get into punk rock then? well....my friend gave me a tape with loadsa shit on, and told me to listen to it, duh! My main influences with have been Pennywise, Bad Religion, NoFX and Sick Of It All. Catch ya's later
